NEAS ASA acquires 70% of Alanti AS

NEAS ASA (NEAS) has entered into an agreement with Alanti Invest AS to acquire 70 % of the shares in Alanti AS, and has an option to acquire the remaining 30 % in 2014. Alanti AS is a service provider with strong growth within canteen and cleaning services in Oslo, Akershus og Buskerud.
