Elektro Maskin is an existing distributor of Brubakken which supplies forklifts and other material handling machines in the western part of Norway, headquartered in Stavanger. With this acquisition and the greenfield start-up in Bergen earlier this year, Brubakken has gained the position as a leading supplier of material handling machines also in the western part of Norway. This region is strategically important to Brubakken as major customers groups within the oil & offshore industry belong here. These customers use heavy lifting equipment, which is one of Brubakken’s core product areas. Estimated sales 2011 is about NOK 40 million with an EBITDA of NOK 8 million.
