Mr Reiten, a Norwegian citizen, founded Reiten & Co in 1992 and established the Firm’s private equity investment activities in 1996.  He has extensive investing and operational experience in the Nordic market. Prior to Reiten & Co, he was employed by I.M. Skaugen, working on project development and M&A.  Mr Reiten holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Mr Reiten currently sits on the Board of Directors of Blueway, Ellipse-Klinikken, NEAS and Zalaris HR Services.  He is a former director of Moss Maritime, Plugging Specialists International, Heimstaden, SPIS and Proffice.

Mr Ingerø, a Norwegian Citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 1993 as a partner.  He has extensive financial transaction and private equity experience from most of Reiten’s investments. He was managing partner from 1998 to 2003. Mr Ingerø holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oslo.  He is the co-author of a chapter in a leading Norwegian mergers and acquisitions textbook and has written articles on MBO topics as well as being a frequent lecturer for The Norwegian Association of Masters of Science in Business. Mr Ingerø currently sits on the Board of Directors of Brubakken, Malthus and NEAS. 

Mr Bjerkan, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 1997 and has been a partner since 1999.  He has been the Managing Partner for Reiten & Co since 2003.  Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent three years at Telenor as Project Manager for corporate restructuring projects and, prior to that, he worked as a research analyst at PA Consulting Group.  Mr Bjerkan holds an MBA and a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management. Mr Bjerkan currently sits on the Board of Directors of Notabene, Zalaris HR Services and QuestBack. 

Ms Baker, an American citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 1999 as a partner. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, Ms Baker spent six years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Oslo serving Nordic and American clients in a wide range of engagements.  Before moving to Norway, she was a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York and an investor relations account executive at Noonan/Russo Communications in New York.  Ms Baker holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.  Ms Baker is a fluent Norwegian speaker.  She is the author of several articles on private equity that have appeared in leading Norwegian publications.  Ms Baker currently sits on the Board of Directors of Ellipse-Klinikken (Chairman). She is a former director of SafeRoad (Chairman), EuroProcessing (Chairman), Heimstaden (Chairman), NEAS, Moss Maritime, Factor Insurance Group and BW Gas ASA. Ms. Baker also currently serves as the Chairman of the Norwegian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NVCA) where she had previously been a board member for several years, and she is a board member of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA).

Mr Bakken, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 1998 and has been a partner since 2001.  He has significant financial transaction and structured finance experience in the Nordic market.  Mr Bakken holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics and Bachelor of Business and Administration degrees from the Norwegian School of Management.  He has eight years of previous experience in management and consulting.  Mr Bakken currently sits on the Board of Directors of Blueway, QuestBack (Chairman) and SPIS Grilstad.

Mr Melby, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2002 and has been a partner since 2006.  Prior to joining Reiten, he was a management consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, serving Scandinavian clients on strategic issues and operational improvement programs.  During this period he assisted Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Finance team on M&A projects.  He holds a Masters degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Certified Financial Analyst degree (CFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.  He has guest lectured on private equity topics on the CFA program.  Mr Melby currently sits on the Board of Directors of Notabene and Basefarm, and formerly served on the board of Saferoad, Factor Insurance Group and Plugging Specialists International.

Mr Viksøy, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2004 as an Investment Director.  He has a strong strategy and corporate finance background in addition to broad project management experience.  Prior to joining Reiten & Co, Mr Viksøy spent three years as Project Director in Telenor Broadcast.  His main tasks were to assist top management both in Telenor Broadcast and in Telenor ASA on different strategic and corporate finance related issues.  Prior to joining Telenor Broadcast, Mr Viksøy spent over five years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co in Oslo serving European clients on strategic issues.  Mr Viksøy holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.  Mr Viksøy currently sits on the Board of Directors of Malthus, Notabene, Ellipse-Klinikken and Brubakken.  He is a former director of EuroProcessing.

Mr Lundberg, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2002.  He was the Firm’s Investor Relations Manager until he became an Investment Director in 2006.  Mr Lundberg has experience working with several of the portfolio companies such as NEAS and Factor Insurance Group.  Prior to Reiten & Co, Mr Lundberg was a business consultant at Accenture.  He holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management and he is also the co-author of articles on MBO topics. Mr Lundberg currently sits on the Board of Directors of Blueway and is a board observer in Vertech Offshore.

Mr Tøsti, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2006 as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent six years at Deloitte as a management consultant and corporate finance advisor. During his time at Deloitte, Mr Tøsti served European clients on financial management, investment and M&A projects. He holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), a Certified Financial Analyst degree and an MBA in Finance from NHH. Mr Tøsti is actively involved in the investments in Data Respons, Zalaris and NEAS.

Mr Blekastad, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2007 as an Investment Manager. He has extensive experience in strategy and corporate finance from working within management consulting and investment banking. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, Mr Blekastad spent two years as Senior Research Analyst in ABG Sundal Collier covering the Norwegian technology sector on Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to joining ABGSC, Blekastad spent four years with Reiten & Co Financial Advisors, a (previous) corporate financing arm of Reiten & Co with main activities of advising Reiten & Co Strategic Investments, as well as external clients, on M&A activities. Blekastad has also worked five years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting in Oslo as a senior management consultant serving Nordic corporations on strategic & corporate finance related issues. Mr Blekastad holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), a Certified Financial Analyst degree (CFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a MBA in Finance, also from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr. Blekastad currently sits on the Board of Directors of QuestBack.

Mr Westerlund, a Swedish citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2008 as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent six years working in the Investment Banking Divisions of UBS, Dresdner Kleinwort and Bear Stearns in London. Mr Westerlund also has experience as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He studied at the Royal Institute of Technology and holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr. Weiss, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2008 as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent five years as a management consultant at Arkwright in Oslo and Zurich, serving clients in a wide range of industries on strategy and corporate finance related issues. He holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Sverre E. Vik, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2008 as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, Sverre was an M&A adviser at N M Rothschild & Sons Investment Bank in London. He has worked with several European private equity houses and he has been involved in transactions within industries such as media, mining, travel, gaming, retail, oil & gas and real estate. Sverre also assisted in building up Rothschild’s Nordic team, including setting up a new office in Stockholm. He holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School.

Mr Wien, a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2007. In addition to Reiten's finance and accounting operations he is responsible for investor relations, acquisition finance, financial reporting from portfolio companies and building relations with their CFOs. He was previously with Telenor and Arthur Andersen. While at Telenor, Mr Wien was CFO of Telenor Eiendom, the real estate division of Telenor, with €0.7 billion in real estate assets. While at Arthur Andersen he was auditor for several large quoted companies within shipping and industry. Mr Wien is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
