Mr Westerlund, a Swedish citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 2008 as an Investment Manager. At Reiten & Co he has worked with portfolio companies Webstep, Basefarm and Questback as well as with new deal generation. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he worked six years in the Investment Banking Divisions of UBS, Dresdner Kleinwort and Bear Stearns in London. He has significant experience working as an M&A advisor, project leader and PE investor, having advised on completed M&A, ECM and DCM transactions worth close to EUR 20 billion in Scandinavia, UK, Russia, France, BeNeLux and Greece. He studied at the Royal Institute of Technology and holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is currently a member of the board of Webstep.
